Services: Policy Strategy and Analysis
At STS LLC, we see our role as both short term and long term. By developing leaders and supports who want to be active in policy shaping and have lasting policy effectiveness, we can focus on a single issue or expand it to a broader movement. This includes building a movement and expanding the range of effectiveness of the mission while harnessing the energy to further the policy objectives.
Often this includes a change in understanding one's place in the political universe by identifying allies, dynamics, and culture in reality. In that way, one sees oneself as committed to longer term goals and fundamental change not just one shot actions or events. It takes a vision of the bigger picture and larger plan with an end game in mind. The target population are those who believe they can direct a group through political hurdles and pitfalls, but need the tools and reflexes to succeed. This includes people who want to have an impact on federal, state, and local policy.
