Services: Instructional Strategy and
Evaluative Methods

STC recognizes the basic element of human interaction, relational trust, begins with accurate communication. Institutions interested in communicating and inculcating a mission more effectively need to start by evaluating where they stand. This is part of problem finding. Then, STS LLC can begin to assess what dynamics are caused by the interactions of role players and institutional designs. This internal systems analysis evaluates the ability of independent nodes of decision making in a network within the model or parameter of the central guidance.

This helps shape the problem. Then, STS LLC can inform design changes that will increase the way interaction occurs and how to think reflectively about forwarding the mission. By the introduction of policies, dynamic feedback loops, framework and decision making, relational trust commands the situation, not contractual arrangements. This is part of problem solving.

This is true for new roles of teaching as well as traditional classroom roles.
